“I had a dream last nite that I came across an online archive of books. There was a David Wojnarowicz book complete with personal notes taken from his diary. It had a vanilla hardcover with black text, and when you opened it you could press your face against its pages. It was right next to an anthology of gay marriage critiques by Against Equality. I was living in a house with friends and lovers and we were walking up and down wooden stairs, laying on beds, and taking public transportation to various parts of town.”
